Holiday !!

Hi Everybody,

Well it's almost May and the weather seems to be going backwards. Today it is cold even though the sun is shining .. and we really need some warmth now.

It is a Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK and lots of people will be out and about. Many of them coming here to Blackpool for the seaside fun.

But me ... Well I am off to Portugal for a little break with my Daughter and Great Grand daughter for a girly spree. If you follow my blog you may know that Isabella (G-G-D) is four and so a few days away with her should be fun.

I will take some photos and post them to the blog pages. It is only a short break and all blog posts and tutorials are all in place for the time I am away.

I promised to do two videos a month on my YouTube Channel but so far I have been doing one a week. For the next two weeks there will be two each week and they are featuring some lovely new dies from Tonic-Gold.

If you have been watching Create and Craft then you will have seen the Patterned Panels from Tonic that are for sale. My videos will show some ways in which to use these dies for some really pretty cards.

In the Tuesday Tutorials I have had emails asking for specific things and in particular some tutorials using the older Spellbinders dies.

I am happy to oblige if I have the dies and I know that many of you have these older dies at the back of a cupboard and it's not until you see the tutorial that you remember that you have them.

Then there is a mad scramble to get them out again and make them work.

I am more than happy for you to add your photos to the Card Making Gallery but please don't do it anonymously as folks want to know who you are and also something about you and how you made the card.

I won't be adding submissions or comments from "Anonymous" so if you have added a comment and it's not shown then ask yourself "Did I add my name ????"

The Friday Freebie is going well and I have given away well over one hundred and fifty cards that I have made. You are very welcome to join in if there is a card that you would like to win

It doesn't matter if you have won a card previously or even where you live .. I am happy to send the card to you at my expense.

You will need to leave me a comment as it is from those comments that a name is chosen, at random, and the winner is announced on the Saturday morning.

You will need to pop back to see if it is you as I have no way to contact you if you win... so I cannot chase you up.

I have extended the time to claim the card to 72 hours and I also have a Winners Page for you to check past winners. Any cards that are not claimed will be offered to someone else at a later date.
