cardstock crazy

A friend and fellow crafter met me in town for a trip to craft shop, then we went for a coffee before the next store.

On the way we saw some craft magazines on sale with a paper pack included. We both bought one and while I was getting the coffee, my friend sat at a table with two other middle aged ladies.

She opened her paper pack and was very enthusuastic at the quality and designs, she said just stroke this satin finish and of course I did, we were commenting on how we wouldn't bear to cut these papers etc.

The two ladies got up and moved away, it was a busy place and we thought they had left, later we discovered they were worried we had 'been let out for the day'. The cheek, but we did laugh when we heard. Maybe we are a bit crazy, but very harmless.
