Sentiment Cutting and Stacking

I like to stack my sentiments like happy birthday, best wishes etc. but I am a complete klutz when gluing them together. I usually end up sticking them to my fingers. I use 180 GSM for embellishing as where I live it is the only coloured card weight available.

I like to stick 6 layers together and have found that my machine easily cuts 2 layers. So now I glue two pieces of card together first, and leave it to dry for a few minutes, then cut three.

They are much firmer to handle and so much easier to glue together. I glue the first two together then put glue on to the top one and place the last cut out on top so no glue from fingers to spoil the top one.
Simple but very effective for me
